Service description
Overflow is a capacity and wellness tracking service provided by Heed. The service includes the Overflow app, related websites, and any tools or content we make available to you under these terms.
Account terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.
Payment and trial
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a 7-day free trial for new users; no payment is required to start the trial. If you continue after the trial, you will be charged according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Overflow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others' rights or restrict their use of the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Limitation of liability
Overflow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
